Trans Vaginal Mesh Verdict Against Bard

A federal jury yesterday awarded punitive damages of 1.75 Million and $250,000 in compensatory damages in the first of many federal trials in Charleston West Virginia. The jury found that Bard acted with malice by clear and convincing evidence.

The next trial starts on Monday.
