Every day our office receives telephone calls from all over the United States from women complaining about how this product has changed their life.  Although many of these women have suffered horrific injuries, many of the applications were warned against by the  manufacturer. One very serious complication, however, not warned about is the risk that the device would migrate (move) will place not intended when inserted requiring serious surgery. No woman who chooses this product intends to have the product and up in her hip, her sternum or some other godforsaken place.

 More than 100 cases have been filed in New Jersey and are waiting a decision by the New Jersey Supreme Court as to where they will be consolidated. This past week the federal courts consolidated 40 additional cases for pretrial handling in the southern district of New York.
