Triaminic and Theraflu Medications Recalled

The Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced a recall of approximately 2.3 million bottles of Triaminic and Theraflu syrup medications due to federal requirement violations. The agency said the child-resistant caps on the bottles can fail to function properly, which can pose a poisoning risk to kids. There have been 12 reports of children unscrewing the locked caps and one child needing medical attention.
